14.0 – Introduction

There are many things that are taught in school and many lessons that are not, and often these can only be experienced by day-to-day living. Sometimes people make mistakes in their career on decisions that are not directly related to their field of study and which impede their progress in promotion. It is important to learn to deal with people known as sources of pain SOPs [1], regardless of whether or not you are an academic in the field of Cybercrime, a law enforcement officer, a private investigator, or a military investigator. These individuals often bring their personal problems and insecurities to work and you may be forced to find strategies to minimize their negative impact on you. You may also find that by handling SOPs correctly, by building a solid relationship, you will not only improve your quality of life by helping them reduce their outbursts, but you may also be helping them live longer because anger and hatred have been shown to increase heart disease, increase blood pressure, and increase the risk of stroke and heart attack [2].
